Step 1: Registration
Registration of our online
domestic violence classes is simple. Select the program you wish to take, such as
either the 8, 12, 16, 26, 36, 43 or 52 hour class. The price of each class is listed
in the main registration page as well as on each individual hourly class page. After
you select the class you wish to take, you will fill out a simple registration form
and pay for the class using our secure and encrypted technology. We accept any major
credit card, debit card, and PayPal.
Step 2: Login to the Members Area
In the upper right hand corner of our website is a button called "Member Log
in". Click on that and enter the user name and password you created when you
registered. If you forgot your user name or password, you may "contact us"
for help retrieving it.
Step 3: Take the Class
The first time you log in to the class
you will see a detailed description of each chapter heading of the class. The class
is divided into the chapters and each chapter takes a slightly different amount
of time to complete. Our classes are self-paced. This means you can log on/off as
many times as you wish until the class is finished. Each time you log out, our course
will "remember" exactly where you left off. When you log back in the next time (hours,
days or even weeks later), you will start right where you last stopped. You can
take the class from any Internet enabled device, such as a smart phone, iPhone,
iPad or desktop computer. Our courses will also work on any browser, such as Sarfari,
Internet Explorer, Firefox, Chrome, etc.
Step 4: Receive your Certificate
One of the nice things about DVclass.com is that your certificate of completion
will be shipped to you FREE of charge. If you need your certificate faster than
USPS First Class mail, you can upgrade to faster day shipping. We can also set
up your certificate be available as an "Instant Download" in the members area when
you finish. Just send us an email through the contact form with your request and
we will set this up.

We provide customer support via phone M-F, PST from 8am-6pm and 24 hour email support
through our contact us form on our website. Email
requests will always be returned within 24 hours or less.
